1. Overview

STEAM TShirt Club provides monthly t-shirt subscriptions featuring designs inspired by science, technology, engineering, art, math, curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning.

By purchasing a subscription, gift subscription, or related product from STEAM TShirt Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

Our designs are printed in-house on Bella+Canvas Unisex Jersey Short Sleeve Tees. These shirts are soft, breathable, everyday tees chosen for comfort and high-quality printing.

Product colors, and designs, vary from month to month. Because each monthly design is part of the club experience, substitutions are not available.

3. Sizing

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct t-shirt size when signing up. We provide a size chart to help guide your selection.

If you need to change your size after signing up, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Size changes must be received before your shirt is prepared for that month’s shipment. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee adjustments once production has started.

4. Signup Window

Monthly subscription signups are open from the 1st through the 10th of each month.

This signup window allows us to estimate monthly shirt quantities, manage production, and keep the club affordable.

5. Billing

You will be billed immediately when you sign up for a monthly subscription.

After your initial purchase, your subscription will continue billing monthly unless you cancel before your next billing cycle according to the cancellation terms below.

6. Shipping

Regardless of the day you sign up during the monthly signup window, all monthly subscription shipments are scheduled to go out on the 15th of each month.

STEAM TShirt Club is located in Vermont, USA. We ship using USPS Priority Shipping. Delivery usually takes a few days after shipment, depending on your location and USPS service conditions.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and sizing information.

If your shipping address changes, please contact us before your next shipment is prepared. We are not responsible for items shipped to an outdated or incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time on the customer hub.

This link is also available on the website and included in each invoice.

To avoid being billed for your next shipment, please cancel at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle.

If cancellation occurs after billing has already taken place, that month’s order may still be processed and shipped.

9. Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are available as a one-time prepaid purchase for a full year of monthly shirts.

Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew.

Shortly after purchasing a gift subscription, you will receive an e-gift certificate that can be shared with the recipient. The recipient may use the provided special link to choose their club and select their shirt size.

Gift recipients may sign up at any time using their gift link.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Adjustments

Because monthly club shirts are planned and printed based on subscription counts, returns and exchanges may be limited.

If there is a problem with your order, such as a damaged item, incorrect item, or production issue, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review the issue.

11. Intellectual Property

All STEAM TShirt Club designs, graphics, branding, website content, images, copy, and related materials are owned by STEAM TShirt Club or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or use our designs or content without written permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

STEAM TShirt Club may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
